The Entré Central remote monitoring and management platform is the industry's most powerful and affordable solution for automating tasks, improving productivity and proactively delivering measurable high-value IT service. Entré Central provides the complete, integrated toolset for delivering a full range of IT services remotely.

MONITORING

Entré Central features industry-leading functionality to monitor the availability and performance of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, copiers and network devices such as firewalls, routers and switches. New updates include Microsoft patch status monitoring as well as expanded backup systems monitoring. Entré Central is the only tool that provides software agents as well as probes to gather data and build an inventory of devices on customer networks. Streamlined processes virtually eliminate the overhead involved in monitoring.

MANAGEMENT

A comprehensive set of remote management tools provides the core functionality to manage multiple devices cost-effectively. Capabilities include patch management, asset and license management, script execution and software distribution, self-healing and attended and unattended remote control.

REMOTE CONTROL

Entré Central allows Entré to remotely control any managed device as well as unmanaged Windows devices, regardless of the user’s location. Entré Central provides eight different remote control types. Windows devices can be managed using Intel's vPro technology, Terminal Services, VNC, or Remote Support Manager, Entré Central's proprietary remote management tool.

SELF-HEALING

With its powerful self-healing feature, Entré Central can automatically resolve issues on remote devices, so that you don't have to. Our administrators can pre-configure responses to specific types of failures; when a specified failure is detected by Entré Central, the system will automatically execute a service restart or script that has been configured by the administrator to remediate the issue.

PATCH MANAGEMENT

Entré Central features patch management that distributes patches on Windows devices through its integration with Microsoft’s WSUS application. It enables us to configure WSUS servers at any level, including managing on-site WSUS servers, and delivers a centralized patch monitoring, distribution and reporting system. The system simplifies configuration to ensure fast, low-cost deployment while providing enhanced desktop support.

FILE TRANSFER

Entré Central allows us to transfer files to remote devices simply and easily - even if they're off the main corporate network.

REPORTING

Entré Central's built-in tactical reporting engine allows us to improve troubleshooting by gaining insight into the customers' IT infrastructure. Meanwhile Entré Central's performance reporting system generates reports that enable clients to see the results of remote monitoring and maintenance.

INTEROPERABILITY

Entré Central is designed to interoperate with leading third-party technology. Entré Central is interoperable with a range of Microsoft, Cisco and APC products as well as Intel vPro and leading professional services automation tools.
