Entré provides general desktop software training and technical classes for technicians, software developers and engineers. For some of our technical courses, we recruit specially certified instructors to enhance the training experience. In the last year, we've invited instructors from Arizona, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Nebraska and California. We use these highly certified and specialty technical trainers to supplement our own staff of engineers, developers, and trainers. Entré is an approved training organization by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, the Montana Office of Public Instruction, and the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. We deliver training at our multi-room learning center in Billings or we can bring the training to your location. There are four main elements to successful training: instructor, teaching method, facility and equipment, and curriculum. Instructors: Entré uses highly qualified instructors. Our instructors are certified by the industry and sometimes certified on the particular topic they are teaching. They are also "practicing professionals" who use the products and methods on a regular basis as part of their professional careers. As noted above, we often supplement our Billings staff with other specialists to enhance the learning experience for our students. Teaching Method: We focus on the instructor-led/hands-on training format. We believe this is the optimal approach for learning. There are established times and training outlines, but the instructor has the flexibility to make adjustments throughout the course. All of them inject practical knowledge when appropriate to enhance the learning experience. Our focus is on student learning and maximum value for the training investment, not on student numbers or a rigid class schedule. Facility and Equipment: Entré has a multi-room learning center at our Billings center. The rooms are equipped with high-end computers and displays, projectors, and all the usual classroom equipment. We also have a variety of special equipment for lab activities. And we have a student breakroom with complimentary beverages and snacks. We can also bring our training equipment to your location if you prefer. Curriculum: We use certified and industry-leading curriculum; most class enrollments include a training book that the students take with them for future reference. We also customize the training curriculum to fit the special needs of our clients. Guarantee: If you aren't satisfied with your training experience, you ware welcome to sit the class again for a period of one year at no charge.
